Shipping policy

  • We attempt to ship all fish within 3 business days of order. 
  • We do not ship within 2 days of major holidays, Christmas, New Years and Easter.  The mail is delayed and fish die.
  • We can Combine shipping.  If you desire any special shipping arrangement please Email Us.
  • During the cold months of the year, we use 72 hour shipping Heat Packs.
  • We insulate the interior of all live Fish boxes.
  • We insulate the bags themselves.
  • We use only Kordon Breathable bags to ship live fish.
  • The boxes are perforated on the bottom and on 1 of the sides to allow the Heat Packs to operate and supply Oxygen for the Kordon bags.
  • We ship Live Fish Monday-Wednesday and Overnight deliveries, Mon-Fri.
  • We ship Dry Goods, (all non-perishables) Mon-Sat.
